Use the channel that matches your request so it reaches the right OpenMeter by Kong team. For product evaluation, pricing, architecture questions, or a managed Konnect Metering & Billing deployment, use the Kong sales form. Existing managed-service customers should use the support option associated with their Kong Konnect or OpenMeter Cloud account so the support team receives the correct organization and environment context.

For open source questions, bug reports, and feature discussions, use the public OpenMeter repository and GitHub Discussions. Do not post API keys, customer data, security vulnerabilities, or other confidential information in a public issue. Security and compliance documentation is available from the OpenMeter Trust Center; sensitive security reports should follow the private reporting instructions in the repository or Trust Center. Public documentation and API resources remain available without a sales conversation through the OpenMeter developer portal.
