About the Team

Our team worked at tech companies like Netflix, Stripe, Ustream, and Banzai Cloud. Our working style is highly aligned and loosely coupled with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility. Office-assigned team members spend at least 50% of their time in a given month in their local office. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams.

Founding Account Executive

We are looking for a driven Founding Account Executive to own the end-to-end customer lifecycle from prospecting to closing deals and onboarding customers. This hybrid role blends sales, marketing, and customer success elements, offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the founders to develop and execute strategies to enable the company to reach PMF faster.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with our CEO on the entire GTM strategy
  • Establish an outbound sales strategy
  • Identify potential leads and build the sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to break into new accounts
  • Book discovery meetings and gather information for future opportunities.
  • Work with the product team to establish the foundations of a good PLS motion
  • Create and document internal processes for the next sales hires
  • Evolve the toolset to support your newly defined processes
  • Accurate tracking of interactions and customer information in CRM
  • Maintain a professional social presence in line with the company's content marketing strategy to build awareness and trust with personas at ICP companies.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a GTM role
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience in product marketing, product management, or sales
  • Strong analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the developer tools space
  • Experience in the AI/ML space
  • Experience in a startup environment
