Dunning

Dunning is the process of sending a reminder to a customer to pay for a product or service. This is a common practice in the billing industry to ensure customers pay for their usage.

Usually after the grace period, the billing system will send a dunning notice to the customer and eventually block access to the product or service or cancel the subscription.
